I ordered my food at 11:45 to be ready at 1 PM - I show up at a little before 1pm. I am told that my food is not ready yet. Makes sense, sometimes it takes a few minutes. I wait for 50 minutes and the only response I get from staff is "it's not ready yet". That is unacceptable both for customer service (I had better service in New Jersey for god's sake) and the time it took my food to not even be ready for me to eat. I left as it was a complete waste of my time. If there had been a single "oh, the brisket is taking a bit longer than expected." or anything more concrete as why my order was so slow, I would have understood. But I saw people come in, ORDER, and receive their food in the time it took for me to give up. That was the last straw. I'm sure I am a very tiny minority here but I am definitely never coming back to this location. I have had good interactions at other Famous Dave's, but not this one.

This place is 'hit-and-miss' sometimes you get a good meal and sometimes you get screwed. I don't know who manages this particular restaurant, but it's not ran professionally. It's ran more like a 'one-off' restaurant in the hood...they have decent food, but it's inconsistent. One day the BBQ is delicious...the next day it's salty and dry. Sometimes they include napkins and extra BBQ sauce with your online order...mostly they don't. It's not the worst place, but it can be so much better. I'm sorry that this one is my local one, because others are that much better.

Great food descent price. The whole family enjoyed their meal. Myself and the kids had the signature "Rich and Sassy" wings. The wife had the beef tips, which they were a little bigger at this location (kudos), and as always packed all that great barbeque smokey goodness. Great job team!

I am getting my Famous Dave's BBQ refill on. Miss them in Richmond. Family feast great value for the money. Staff members were great, excellent customer service.

Now I am not the biggest fan of BBQ, nor do I like my food grilled too often (not a fan of char on my meats), but Famous Dave's manages to do it right. The portions are generous and the meats as tasty with or without sauce. I didn't try all the sides but the ones I did (sweet corn, baked beans, collard greens) were tasty. Oh and the Mac N Cheese has a pleasant kick to it.
